Isca Wellbeing Ltd is an organisation dedicated to improving the mental health of seafarers. We do this by producing weekly support/training videos, mainly based around the '5 Ways to Wellbeing', that ship owners, managers and cruise lines can share with their crew whilst onboard. Our content is designed specifically for seafarers and their unique circumstances. It is safe and evidence-based, and provided by our mental health consultants.
