The PRC opened in Rockwall in October 2000 offering help and hope to women facing unplanned pregnancies. A few years later, in 2008, our Mesquite location was added in an effort to expand our reach. Our free services include pregnancy testing, confidential counseling, ultrasounds, educational classes, material support, and Medicaid verification. We see approximately 1200 clients per year--many of which return for our weekly classes.
