Genet Property Group, Inc. was formed in 2001 as a management company to oversee the leasing and management of these assets. GPG specializes in leasing by using a personal, hands-on approach to enhance our tenants' experience and make it the best it can be. We are constantly helping tenants grow or down-size to accommodate their specific needs. We have long-standing and trusting relationships with most of our tenants and we understand that our greatest source of referrals are the ones they provide. We have an effective in-house team so we can handle the needs of our properties effectively and in a timely manner. We try to be as helpful and accommodating as we can for our tenants. We work closely with the brokerage community to provide the ideal space for potential tenants. We even have close relationships with our competitors and if a potential tenant does not fit with us, we refer them to the ideal location.
