Our instructors, who teach at FEMA's Emergency Management Institute (EMI), experience include multiple FEMA EMI courses, Disaster Behavioral Health courses (pre-disaster), De-Escalation training and more. We have Instructional System Design experience and we can develop a course specific to your needs. Our Master Exercise Practitioners (MEP) have designed, developed and conducted small scale tabletop exercises to multi-jurisdtictional, multi-functional statewide and larger full-scale exercises.
