Cespim is a head hunting company located in Modena, who has been operating for more than 40 years. During the years Cespim managed to build a solid and wide network with important companies operating both on the national and the international market. The company was founded in 1978 by Mr. Osvaldo Gorini, business consultant and head hunter. In 1985 he started the project “Formazione Futuro”, consulting on safe working, management training, IT, with the help of italian and foreign professionals. In 1991 he started the new project “Rent a Manager”, offering management short term recruiting to companies in order to give them the support of highly qualified managers. In 2017 Cespim makes big changes: it increases its staff, it enlarges the network of external consultants and it improves all its information technologies. Cespim’s main goal is to merge its know how with newer and more modern recruiting tools and technologies.
