David started the company after spending 9 ½ years in the U.S. Navy working on generators, electronics and communications equipment. Starting the company as a one-man operation, David obtained his Electrical License in the City of Rochester, NY. From there he decided to specialize his field of expertise to Emergency Standby Generators. Over the years IPSI has been fortunate to grow.
