Knowing that the pre-opening period is crucial, we handle all procedures and monitor & re-engineer operations, & appoint a special advisor to the BoD. Development We develop your product & brand from the ground up, lead the design & studies team, and handle the management, construction & optimisation of the procurement procedure. After the pre-opening process, including the selection & purchase of FF&E, we handle the opening & day-to-day operations, quality assurance, reporting & procurement, creating training schemes & optimising the HR department. Franchise We operate independent hotels & help design their brand.
