Launched in 2008, it was the first company to offer a five-star-service program in Paris, offering owners a number of services and amenities available in 5-star hotels. Ownership is tied to specific properties and each share allows its owner to benefit from four weeks of usage, two of which are fixed for life, and the other two are flexible. In addition, each share entitles its owner a bonus week in any of the Club properties, including a house in Provence and a yacht to cruise the Med. Share prices start at $145,000.
