Our mission is to provide exceptional service and quality comfort food in order to impact our local community and non-profit organizations. Through the mission of Café Momentum and the extension of the generosity, Ruthie’s already gives to the Dallas community, together they will be a vehicle that will take the Café Momentum mission beyond its walls. Ruthie’s Fueled by Café Momentum provides externship opportunities for individuals leaving the Café Momentum program. As a part of their training, Fellows will work on the Ruthie’s food truck and have the opportunity to become change agents in their own communities through Ruthie’s Snacks of Kindness. #WOSB
