SaludConTech is a network of minority thought leaders embracing the intersection of health equity and digital health.SaludConTech is a network of minority thought leaders embracing the intersection of health equity and digital health.As we consider the scale of change that the COVID-19 pandemic has generated and will continue to generate in the years to come, we feel compelled to reflect not just on a health crisis of immense proportion but also on an impending restructuring of our daily lives. SaludConTech is a network of thought leaders from across the population health spectrum, embracing the intersection of health equity and digital health to explore the role of technology in addressing health disparities in minority communities. The biannual symposium is an opportunity to network with forward-thinking physicians, nurses, entrepreneurs, founders, social workers, promotores / community health workers, employers, investors, elected officials, public health researchers, payors, policymakers, and patients to advance social justice and digital health equity in Latino/a communities. We aim to elevate the voice of health care startups and community-based organizations working in Black and Latinx communities to develop a better-shared definition of digital health equity. To improve our understanding of successes, challenges, lessons learned, needs, and growth opportunities, we support the development of new interventions that help design our new normal by fostering connections among organizations and strengthening new relationships with surrounding communities.
