The GIASI Beverage Company Story GIASI Beverages was formed on John’s bus one summer afternoon in 2010 with the sole intention of bringing quality, consistency and legitimacy to the John Daly Cocktail. After years of seeing his name on menus around the world and coming across John Daly Cocktail festivals, John and a couple of buddies decided it was time to take action and commandeer the John Daly brand. The profile of the drink was conceived, mixed, tested, mixed again, tested again, mixed once more for good measure, tested on the tongues of razorbacks… huh? What were we talking about? Oh yeah… the cocktail! It was determined that only the highest quality ingredients were to be used – nothing too sweet like most drinks of this ilk. Frankly, we wanted what we had “tested” throughout our years on tour. And, above all, it had to be delicious! It took a while to get it right. Each run is small batch hand crafted.
