Minimizing hierarchy, we embrace a “flat” approach to business, rather than a “top-down” model that includes complex layers of management. Our teams consist of interior designers, project managers and field service personnel who work cooperatively and communicate proactively. During this efficient, client-focused design process, OFP teams interact with customers and one another to seamlessly achieve a low-cost, high-value end product. Our Experience: We currently employ 25 happy people in our corporate Morristown, NJ office. With over 100 years of combined experience, OFP’s designers and project managers have served many notable clients, including Wyndham Worldwide, Gerber Product Solutions, the New York Giants, and Daiichi Sankyo. Our team members endeavor to supply healthy, attractive office furniture at affordable prices, and we’re dedicated to educating consumers about the importance of safe, progressive office design.
