When a prospect finds a match on these sites, they can click on the “Contact Us” button. Their request for further information goes to the specific property via email and/or fax. eLS will provide immediate responses to their request answering their specific questions and providing all of the information that they will need in order to fill your vacancy. Since the internet is where 77% of all apartment shoppers start, it is important to the Property’s occupancy to respond within a reasonable time. Nationwide, only 33% of properties respond at all. Of that 33%, it takes on average 1.5 days for an emailed response.
