TOPS Staffing, LLC was opened in 1987 by Mary Dvorsky. We are located in Plum, Pennsylvania just outside of Pittsburgh. TOPS Staffing has been centered on providing light technical and skilled assembly-level people in the Western Pennsylvania area. Our niche allows us to focus on finding your company both long-standing temporary or permanent employees. We believe that personal interviews play an integral role in accessing candidates and help find the most competent employees for the positions available.
