As part of the Laboratory Accreditation Program, the Standards Council of Canada (SCC) has granted Lipid Analytical Laboratories Inc. accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. (LAP). The accreditation process allows laboratories to demonstrate proof of their technical competence and ability to meet a performance benchmark. Lipid Analytical Laboratories’ (Lipid Analytical) scope of accreditation for fatty acid testing is the most comprehensive in the industry. (Accredited Laboratory No. 838) Established in 1991, Lipid Analytical Laboratories Inc. has been located on the first floor of the University of Guelph Research Park Centre ever since. It is fully equipped with advanced technologies and chromatographic systems for conducting research and analytical services on various lipids and fatty acid components in any biological materials.
