The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association has more than 370 members representing the strength of the local building industry. Our association represents builders, remodelers, developers, suppliers, designers, engineers, real estate brokers, accountants, and other industry professionals. As a member of The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association you receive full benefits from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association of Iowa (HBAI).
