Being a top general contractor for luxury residences in Manhattan requires many skills from creative vision to knowledge of all aspects of New York City Construction and local building codes. In order to gain a sense of what really matters to the home owner, I invest a great deal of time learning about their values as well as what they find to be important in a living arrangement. I take a hands-on approach, attending weekly meetings with the owner and the architect. Very few general contractors take the time to be present onsite in such a capacity. Together we work collaboratively to resolve any problems that arise without requiring intervention from the project owner.
