I am an E-RYT 500 teaching private, semi-private and group classes in Raleigh, NC. I have created a beautiful dedicated yoga studio in my home where I teach private and semi-private yoga classes. Coming to this space will bring you the peace and serenity you seek in your practice. I specialize in yoga for adults as well as children and teens. I have a social work and child development background, which I bring to my classes through exploration of emotions and physical sensations during asana, pranayama, and meditation. I believe that getting in touch with the sensations in our physical bodies brings us closer to our spirit and natural state of bliss. I also teach regularly scheduled yoga classes at Bliss Body Yoga in Raleigh on Lake Boone Trail, as well as various workshops and teacher training.
