Merseyside Expanding Horizons is a specialist agency with skills in the direct delivery and commissioning of services for people facing social exclusion. MEH works across Merseyside delivering a range of projects in partnership with others. These include, provision and dissemination of information on social inclusion, projects which support individuals into training and self employment, small grants to community and voluntary organisations working with excluded groups, customised support to those organisations and leads a consortium of specialised services and grants for social enterprise development.
