Snowbell Restaurant Management was founded in 2013 with the opening of its first restaurant, Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor in Abu Dhabi, UAE along with two other locations in India. Our core philosophy is 'creating memorable experiences through food'. We have partnered with acclaimed multinational brands including Sugar Factory, Signature by Sanjeev Kapoor and pioneered home-grown concepts like Peppermill, Ming’s Chamber and Laung by Peppermill to create a unique culinary experience from around the globe. Today, through strategic acquisitions and mergers, Snowbell has grown to over 15 locations in the UAE, operating under eight brands. Our brand has positioned itself for further growth through its disciplined strategies and unique industry partnerships, with 9 other locations in the pipeline.
