Appeer Community Interest Company has been set up to benefit girls and women with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and other neurodiverse conditions and those around them, including their families and professionals, due to a lack of support, provision and understanding available in this field. The company has been named Appeer Community Interest Company as facilitating through a positive peer approach, where girls and women with ASC and other neurodiverse conditions and their families can recognise and connect with peers through its activities, is integral to its ethos, especially as many can be isolated without support. Neurodiverse women in the workplace contribute greatly and we want to celebrate our talents and contribution to business.
