Head Roaster Dr. Hans’ unique approach to coffee sustainability has led to HGCC supporting various research partnerships with local universities and colleges, all with the ambitious goal of creating a carbon-neutral coffee operation. His network of coffee producers and farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, and beyond has allowed us to further our outreach and find the highest quality coffees from around the world.
