Our restaurant was opened in 2017 to offer plates that combine Turkish and Western European cuisines. It was established by people who specialize in both business and culinary in the field of gastronomy and continues to be managed in this way. Mehmet Ali Yılmaz opened his first restaurant in Istanbul's Kadıköy district in 2017. Soon, this restaurant, where local people, travelers, families and friends began to be hosted, became known by everyone for its breakfasts served all day. Meals prepared with fresh products; when combined with deliciousness of Mehmet Ali Chef's hand and blended with his lively energy and infectious joy, have made the restaurant a frequent destination for everyone. Diversity, equality, creativity became the motto of the MAY•BE team. MAY•BE works with wonderful people who reflect their unique spirit, look at the positive aspects of life, love to improve themselves and be together with the community.
