The YBG was launched in 2014, and has grown to more than 1,000 members! A healthy and connected YBG means a healthy, connected future for construction in Alberta. That's why the Board of the Edmonton Construction Association set the YBG in motion, and continues to develop it as a core priority. The YBG supports and develops construction leaders by: -Creating events that cultivate personal relationships across the owner-designer-consultant-builder project chain. -Delivering learning and mentorship opportunities. -Working together to serve our industry and broader community. -In all these things, the goal of YBG is to strengthen the construction industry in Edmonton for the next generation.
