This vision is accomplished by building small, cohesive support teams, “Strategic Advisory Boards” and making them accessible to businesses of all types and sizes. What We Do • Our Boards are built on a peer-to-peer model. Each member is equal part of every other member’s Board of Advisors. • Our Boards provide members with brainstorming, vetting of ideas and • strategic plans. • We supply resources and techniques needed to achieve those plans and the strategies needed to fix problems. • The SAB Team Concept encourage the accountability and motivation to get the job done. • Our members tell us that they need outside opinions and out of the box thinking. They also need support and guidance to beat the sometimes-overwhelming feeling of “going it alone”. The SAB Difference • Short meetings-two, ninety-minute virtual per month. • Follow up coaching calls to make sure the member stays on the right path. • Small Boards of six members & a facilitator which allows for more focus time • No competing industries. • Live notes are taken as the ideas are being brainstormed. • The member being focused on prioritizes each idea. • Built in accountability and motivation when members report their progress at future meetings.
