Our Vision The vision of the “Strategic Advisory Board” is to enable business owners/leaders to reach new heights of efficacy in their ability to manage and maximize their company’s hidden or blurred potential. This vision is accomplished by building small, cohesive support teams, “Strategic Advisory Boards” and making them accessible to businesses of all types and sizes. What We Do • Our Boards are built on a peer-to-peer model. Each member is equal part of every other member’s Board of Advisors. • Our Boards provide members with brainstorming, vetting of ideas and • strategic plans. • We supply resources and techniques needed to achieve those plans and the strategies needed to fix problems. • The SAB Team Concept encourage the accountability and motivation to get the job done. • Our members tell us that they need outside opinions and out of the box thinking. They also need support and guidance to beat the sometimes-overwhelming feeling of “going it alone”. The SAB Difference • Short meetings-two, ninety-minute virtual per month. • Follow up coaching calls to make sure the member stays on the right path. • Small Boards of six members & a facilitator which allows for more focus time • No competing industries. • Live notes are taken as the ideas are being brainstormed. • The member being focused on prioritizes each idea. • Built in accountability and motivation when members report their progress at future meetings.
