Prosper Hospitality is a self-managed hospitality investment company that specializes in obtaining and reorganizing distressed assets to compete in the aggressive DFW marketplace. We focus primarily on acquiring and owning branded, select-service hotels in the economy/limited-service segments of the U.S. lodging industry. Our current portfolio consists of 21 hotels with a total of over 2600 guestrooms and 2 hotels under construction. We have hotels throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and the Houston metropolitan area. Our properties are located in markets in which we have extensive experience and possess multiple demand generators, such as business and corporate headquarters, medical centers, retail centers, airports, and tourist attractions. Over 90% of our hotels operate under economy franchise brands owned by G6 Hospitality (Motel 6, Studio 6), but we have been affiliated with Marriott (Springhill Suites), IHG (Full Service Holiday-Inn, Holiday Inn Express, and Staybridge Suites), Wyndham Worldwide (Full Service Ramada and Howard Johnson), Choice Hotels (Comfort Inn and Travelodge), and La Quinta Inns & Suites.
