Participants aboard our sailboats quickly learn what’s at the heart of effective and fulfilling attitudes and actions, and how to bring more heart into play…whether as a corporate executive, a project team member, or an individual wanting more out of life. We call our adventures “Captains Courageous.” Roughly translated from old French, it means “leaders of heart.” For your business, Captains Courageous sailing adventures develop trust, cooperation and perspective for leaders and teams who are challenged to quickly develop strategy and tactics, communicate openly and clearly, and focus on what matters most. We offer customized 1.5- to 5-day adventures in leadership development and team development, in our home waters near Miami and the Florida Keys, or in another locale of your choosing.
