I’m a licensed workplace investigator who investigates allegations or complaints of discrimination (human rights), harassment, violence, misconduct, and toxic culture and environment. I conduct investigations with scrupulous fairness, openness and transparency, and a compassionate approach. Every investigation is independent, impartial and objective to ensure it not only uncovers the facts, but also strengthens organizational culture. I’ve had the privilege of working with organizations of all sizes across multiple industries and sectors, in unionized and non-unionized environments, supporting clients under difficult circumstances while helping them navigate sensitive, contentious and complex issues. In my 20+ years of working in HR and leading 100+ workplace investigations, I’ve dealt with the grey and messy cases involving multiple complainants, multiple respondents, multiple allegations alleged over multi-year periods as well as serious allegations against senior members of leadership. I care fiercely about my clients and the work that I do. I work hard to explore every side of an issue, balance all considerations, and ultimately set organizations up for success.
