Bectron is a mission to improve livelihoods in rural India by providing farmers access to a range of products and services through tech and data-enabled ecosystem. We believe information and knowledge is the best way to empower farmers. We help provide direct access to markets for agri-inputs and crop advisory to start with. We serve our farmer friends through a variety of channels including field officers, call center operations, and direct reach through technology. The company is investing heavily in technology to increase efficiencies of key business operations to help us with better demand and fulfillment planning. The company recently launched the ambassador program to further strengthen our operations in key villages and help generate employment opportunities for the rural youth using an asset-light model.
