We are principally engaged in the design, manufacture, sourcing and distribution of suitcases, business and computer bags, outdoor and casual bags, travel accessories and slim protective cases for personal electronic devices worldwide, primarily under the Samsonite® , Tumi®, American Tourister®, Speck®, Gregory®, High Sierra®, Kamiliant®, ebags®, Lipault® and Hartmann® brands, as well as other proprietary and licensed brands. Prior to 2012, the Group's business was primarily focused on the Samsonite brand, primarily focused on travel luggage, and distributed mainly through the wholesale channel. In recent years, the Group has strategically diversified its business to reduce its dependence on a single brand, market, distribution channel or product category, and in line with the objective of building not only a larger, but also a stronger business. Today, the Group has a more balanced business, built around a portfolio of diverse but complementary brands and offering its customers a competitive mix of products sold through multiple distribution channels.
