The YMCA of Cape Breton has been offering employment services for over 30 years most recently under the common brand of Nova Scotia Works. We have a dedicated team of certified career practitioners to help job seekers find and keep meaningful employment, available in any of our seven locations. We also have a team of knowledgeable and experienced Employer Engagement Specialists supporting employers in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality and Richmond County; helping them navigate community resources and government funding, to enable the successful attraction and retention of employees.
