All my baked goods are made with a proprietary blend of Unbleached All Purpose Flour and Organic Sprouted Spelt Flour. This combination allows my products to have an extra punch of nutrition, but keeps the classic taste and textures we have all come to love. ALL my products contain organic produce, eggs, dairy and are made with natural flavors and colors. Would it surprise you to know that 95% of my the icing flavors have NO ICING SUGAR? That's right- they are lightly sweet and fluffy like a cloud. My icing is supremely gourmet! One of the comments I receive most often are " I love it because it is not too sweet". Yes, my products are delicious but not overly sweet. Healthful but not "healthy" tasting. Something your whole family will love and something you will feel good about serving to them.
