She holds a BA degree from the University of Chicago. Originally from San Francisco, she is grateful to her parents for teaching her Buddhism. Leah began yoga around age 4. She has been practicing meditation and breathwork for more than 25 years, including Buddhist, Zen, and Hindu traditions. Leah was blessed with a personalized lifelong mantra meditation practice from India’s Hugging Saint satguru Amma; trains in Kriya Yoga through Paramahansa Yogananda’s Self Realization Fellowship; and has trained extensively with Master Stephen Co, head of US Pranic Healing and direct disciple of Grandmaster Choa, the Founder of Pranic Healing.
