www.chapman.eduThe Mission of the Janes Financial Center (JFC) is to extend the goals of the Argyros School of Business and Economics at Chapman University through innovative classroom technologies, advanced financial analysis technology, and real-world applications. Through the Janes Financial Center Residency Program, high-level finance students are challenged to apply their financial knowledge in innovative ways by participating in consulting projects for major investment firms in Orange County and by competing in regional and international investment competitions held through the CFA Society Orange County and the CFA Institute. Housed in the 2nd Floor of Beckman Hall in the Argyros School of Business and Economics, the Janes Financial Center is equipped with 12 Bloomberg terminals to provide students up to the minute financial data. This state of the art facility was established in 2012 with major funding from Mr. David A. Janes and earnings of the Chapman University Student Managed Investment Fund.
