3xd was established in 2007 and are based in purpose built offices in the heart of the Ribble Valley. We are now a leading provider of insurance products to personal clients. The main element of our business is the provision of a range of insurance products to, Financial Conduct Authority, authorised firms/individuals, who 'sell' the products to their clients. We then work with these intermediaries, to deliver long term value. Value to the client through competitively priced insurance products, and value to the intermediary by building client loyalty through the customer service experience. We administer the polices from application, via policy issue, direct debit collection, accounting and client contact through to renewal. As the products are sold by intermediaries, our Customer Service Team has no sales targets, and so are exactly that - a Customer Service Team. They are highly motivated individuals who focus entirely on delivering excellence, to both the intermediaries and the clients, in administration and service. We are an IT led company, and as such use a bespoke FileMaker database solution for all our administration processes. We also carry our insurance administration work for a small number of select business partners.
