Facility: Over the last 20 years our facility has expanded to 65,000 sf making Top40 one of the largest millwork manufacturing facilities in British Columbia. To continually improve production capacity and quality, we regularly upgrade our equipment: our latest acquisitions are three (3) CNC Biesse routers and a Holzma beam saw and edgebander . Design Development: Each client’s program aspirations, needs and budget lead us to develop a cost-competitive solution that incorporates consistency, longevity and quality to the products application. Prototyping: Prior to building , one of the tools we use is 3D CAD Modeling which allows the client to visualize and scrutinize their products. We work with you and your design team to specify the best materials and construction for your applications.
