Having worked in food manufacturing for many years, we have a thorough understanding of the many and varied elements which are fundamental in creating a successful and profitable facility. Since forming the company in 1997 we have successfully carried out projects in the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Our past clients include nationally and internationally recognised groups including Emirates Airlines, Cranswick Foods, Singapore Airlines, Elizabeth the Chef and Air France. We have just finished the new sliced meats and charcuterie production facility for Cranswick in Bury UK, and members of the IFS team have recently been working in Indonesia on the design of a new airline meal facility for the national carrier airline, Garuda Indonesia. When built, the new facility will be able to provide both Eastern and Western cuisine to Halal standards, to meet the varied cuisine demands of their passengers.
