Our Consulting firm was built with the full intentions of helping restaurants grow to achieve maximum potential in profits and culture. We have over 15 years of restaurant experience combined, and have held positions throughout our Chick-fil-A careers in which we assisted with the initial start up, and training of new restaurants. We believe that through hard work, consistency, and dedication to our beliefs, we have come up with a plan that any type of restaurant can adapt to; to achieve any goal(s) that a business owner has in mind. We will work diligently side by side with the business owner to develop a plan of attack to change the direction and focus of the business. Pushing the business toward success and stabilization thereafter incumbent upon the business owners goals, desires, and wishes. Through tedious practices, and training in the field, we have come up with a great strategy, and in depth analysis of each business that is tailored specifically to the needs of the operation. Every opportunity that we take upon ourselves, we analyze and dig deep to solve the root issues, and make the business stronger as a whole.
