OcellO's mission is to help customer to discover the full potential of their compounds. OcellO offers in vitro assays which recapitulate and quantify complex human biology in a robust and high-throughput format. We test compounds for oncology, immuno-oncology, inflammation and cystopathy indications. We excel in in vitro 3D cell culture models and innovative high throughput imaging technologies. Our models are selected for clinically relevant, ‘near-vivo’ properties and consist of patient-derived cells and patient-derived xenografts (PDX models) grown in 3D as organoids, tumoroids or microtissues. We offer a broad collection of human tissue models, including most solid tumor types, immune-oncology, cystopathies (incl. polycystic kidney disease and cystic fibrosis) and Inflammatory Bowel Disease. Functional read-outs are established by image analysis using OcellO’s unique high throughput, high content screening platform. Features include cell proliferation, apoptosis, tumoroid size, organoid swelling, T cell infiltration, network formation, lumen formation and others. The high throughput format of our platform has proven ideal for in-depth functional profiling of a single compound or for screening of compound libraries in a single 3D disease model.
