Northeast Facial & Oral Surgery Specialists (NEFOSS) is a full scope, oral and maxillofacial surgery practice, founded by Dr. Gregg Jacob in 2017. NEFOSS focuses on treating patients in need of wisdom tooth removal, orthodontic exposure/bonding of teeth, dental implants (single unit to all-on-four), and bone grafting with a special focus on orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, TMJ surgery, cleft lip/palate and craniofacial syndromes including Pierre Robin sequence (distraction osteogenesis), sleep apnea, facial trauma (jaw fractures), benign tumors of the face and jaws, and cosmetics (Botox, fillers). We treat patients of all ages, from infants to adults, and offer in-office sedation including the availability of a pediatric anesthesiologist.
