We have a had a first closing and are making progress towards a final closing. We focus on making investments in Information Technology industries in geographic markets that are less-served (eg not the Bay Area or Boston). Past investments include Knightsbridge, Synchronoss, CBeyond, SPS Commerce, Convio, Danger and Borderfree.
