We love finding stuff out - we're quite nosy, that's probably what makes us good at what we do! We ask lots of people questions all the time about interesting things and film it so we have lovely video showing our findings. We have magical powers and can predict the future. We've helped clients find out what people want their company to be called, how they buy fish, what they use yogurt for, what they think of their slogan, whether their branding represents something good, what type of cleaner they are, what colour they like on a shelf, what they think of new brand values, what an MD thinks about their staff, what clients think about their suppliers, whether they like adverts on phone boxes, what people are saying behind their back and whether they like them or not!! Ha ha. We ask very simple questions and also very deep research type questions, we grab people off the street and talk to them for a couple of seconds and pre-arrange in-depth interviews with very senior and important people for long amounts of time! We relax people who don't know what they're doing, people who don't like cameras and shy people who don't like talking. We also steer noisy, outgoing people back on track and provide our gorgeous customers with relevant filmed information - we are the magic beans for business and are here to make life easier.
