Started in 1997, the Greater Worcester County and Boston MetroWest Offices of Home Instead have been providing Private Pay home care to Seniors who are striving to remain in place, within their own home, apartment, assisted living-whatever they call "HOME". We offer assistance for as few as 3 hours per week, to as many as 24 hours 7 days per week. Our company is licensed by the state of Massachusetts and Accredited by the Mass Home Care Alliance. Our CAREGivers are our employees, which mean that they are fully screened, trained, supervised, bonded and insured. We are the preferred provider for Harvard Pilgrim, Tuft's Health Care and the NFL. In both third party surveys and in house surveys, our clients and their families consistently rank us as outstanding with a satisfaction scale 1 (least satisfied)-10 (most satisfied) at 10. We believe that it is not just having additional years, but living those years, that is important.
