Our President is a Licensed Professional Engineer, a Certified Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE), and a Certified Roadway Safety Professional (RSP1). We are registered with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers (Firm No. 20623) and we are recognized as a growing DBE, HUB, HABE, MBE, SBE, and ESBE Firm.
