Hale's Mechanical began as a commercial division of Hale's Heating & Cooling and quickly became a stand-alone business. Richie Burge joined Hale's in 2017 and has been instrumental in the growth and success of Hale's. Both Richie and Bill were trained by the union but saw an opportunity to apply their skills and deliver a quality product as a non-union company. Hale's Mechanical quickly developed a reputation for delivering a high level of industry knowledge and providing creative solutions to mechanical problems. Hale's has experienced consistent growth each year in construction, maintenance and service work.
