Ambiente is a small, independent restaurant company with sites in York, Leeds and Hull. Serving gourmet tapas in one of our four vibrant, yet relaxed restaurants is what we're all about. Our food is inspired by tapas served in traditional Spanish ‘tabancos’ and influenced by tastes and flavours from around the world. To complement the food offering we stock a range of over 50 sherries & wines by the glass to be enjoyed either with your meal or with a lighter bite in our bar areas. We are open seven days a week.
