Our latest project, IPERA 39 is a modern renovation of a historical 19th century Istanbul building. Designated as a historic monument by the Board for the Preservation of Natural and Cultural Heritage, IPERA 39 has been structurally totally rebuilt while carefully preserving all the architectural characteristics of the period.
