Chartwell is a design, engineering and installation group, comprising three discrete divisions which encompass through-life building energy management systems (BeMS) solutions, as well as access and security technologies. Turnkey energy solutions: clever use of building controls can improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, improve occupant comfort and protect mission critical technology infrastructure. We provide innovative solutions at every stage of projects, from inception to completion and operation. Clients include Santander, the NHS, Skanska, TelecityGroup and the Battersea Power Station Development. One stop shop: fabrication, installation, integration and ongoing support - by keeping these services in-house, we can better assure quality on every programme, for every client. We employ 50 people across several sites in the UK (including three full time apprentices); around half of these based at our new £400,000 design and manufacturing centre in Kent.
