Ova Corporation is the sister company and marketing arm of Sibas Food, located in Turkey and a world leader in the production of Sun Dried Tomatoes, Pepperoncini, Jalapeño Peppers and Capers. In 2013, increased demand from US customers for Sibas Food products lead to further investments in the Turkish facilities as well as the decision to establish a physical presence in New York to accommodate increased US imports, strengthen its core customer relations, and handle projected growth. The establishment of Ova Corporation offers an alternative to the inconvenient time differences and long international travel that existed in the past, while adding efficient warehousing and distribution options for our customers. Ova Corporation’s main mission is to manage the coordination and communication with Sibas Food’s current customers in the US, provide support for shipments from Turkey, manage all warehousing in the US and find new customers in order to expand Sibas exports to the US. Based on our past experience with both importers and exporters in the US and Turkey for over three years, Ova Corporation has the capacity to provide import and/or export services for most industries.
