The George & Dragon, Holmes Chapel is a family run ‘Village Pub with a Touch of Class’, by far and away our USP. The modern build Robinson's Brewery pub has a traditional British pub feel. The Barnes’ family secured the tenancy in March 2010 going from strength to strength recording three consecutive years of double figure growth. Our philosophy is a simple one – get it right. Sometimes this means things can take longer, but we always make sure it is done properly. From the cleaners, kitchen porters, the brigade of chefs sending out picture perfect food, to the FOH team looking after all of our guests, if they are proud of their work and our pub we are sure our guests will enjoy their experience. Short term investment is planned to rejuvenate the internal aspects of this pub. Long term plans are to roll out our ‘Village Pub with a Touch of Class’ model in other communities.
